Pathway to Stay Program for NSCC and Dalhousie Students

The Pathway to Stay Program is designed to prepare international students for the Canadian workplace and aims to ensure they are ready to work in Nova Scotia after graduation.
Students will learn the skills, attitudes and behaviours needed to successfully undertake WIL and employment opportunities through recorded webinars, live sessions, skill development boot camps and live events – all with employer engagement and involvement.
Get Started with Pathway to Stay
- Start watching recorded modules (workshops) and build your professional skills. From the moment you register for the program you will receive emails with links to watch our modules. Watch as many recorded modules as you want, each module is 1 hour long. If you joined the program last year and would like to watch past recordings, you can find them under the Resource Centre when you log in.
- Complete any 2 milestones to receive your Pathway to Stay certificate in December.
- Below is the schedule of the events that will take place from September to December.
